Hi Jonathon,
This function already exist in SQL Script Builder, as mentioned in help file :
To create the script for all the tables of a given source, go into options -> Misc/Dates -> Batch conv. and simply choose the option 'Ask for batch conversion'. Now each time you will double click on a source in the tree view you will be asked for a batch conversion.
