Hi Andy,

First of all, if you want MySql sources listed in SSB you will have to download and install MySql ODBC Driver.
Look in the links page for the link to MySql ODBC Driver or click the link below this message.

Then you will have to set up a DSN in ODBC control panel under system sources.

Then the source will be availabe in SSB.

Select the output as MS SQL in options.
MS SQL have been tested in SQL Server Management Studio.
