Extract Subset of Data

Is there any way to extract subset of data rather than entire table?

We are pleased to announce that since version 2.1.0.25 it is now possible to select a subset of data when only one table is selected for a sql script or database file.

The subset can be defined in two ways :

1. A range of rows.

2. A SQL command.

That option can be disabled in options->More options->misc tab uncheck 'ask for subset on single table'.
